Job Description Lead teams on complex small project, medium size or significant segment of a large project. Work according to delivery plans developed by the Business Area Manager and create project plans accordingly. Translate customer requirements into plans that culminate in customer acceptance of results while meeting business objectives. The suitable candidate must have knowledge of the PMI Process Groups Initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing. The candidate must understand Project Management methodologies, resource management, prioritization processes and business policies and apply this understanding to the project activities. The candidate must have working knowledge in business matters, finance, planning, forecasting and personnel and use this knowledge to manage team staff and business issues. The candidate must also be able to utilize proper PM tools to define cost, schedule and resource needs. The appropriate candidate will be engaged as a professional who advises others and works with team members to articulate, compare and implement solutions and alternative approaches based upon project management principles.
